I've always used Laney - since I borrowed a Session 75 Reverb combo aged 17. Now I have an LH50-II running a 4 x 12 which is perfect for recording, really good tone, no buzz, no crackle, and I can crank it up harder on tour without it breaking up. We are starting to play bigger stages now but there is still plenty of volume left to get me through - so if I get a s*** monitor mix I know I'll still be able to hear myself."
